ABOUT TONY BERENYI
The man Tony Berenyi is today draws a direct correlation to who he was as a boy. He grew up as the son of Hungarian immigrants, living on a farm in rural Montana, herding sheep, harvesting sugar beets, and making do with less, including no indoor plumbing. Young Tony lived according to values that helped him develop the necessary skills and adopt a positive mindset to survive and eventually thrive.
Tony has come a long way from that farm in Montana. He learned discipline at The Citadel and persistence as a graduate student at MIT. He experienced humility, firsthand, in the face of battle as a commanding officer in Desert Storm, and honed leadership skills operating his namesake company for over 30 years. Berenyi has worked on multi-million-dollar projects with industry giants, including Mercedes, Boeing, BP, and others too numerous to name. It’s those very values that have allowed him to remain highly motivated and fulfilled despite the inevitable foibles and folly that accompany a life well lived.
His experience and ability to overcome personal adversity have taught him that your mindset is everything, and changing your life story is within reach! It’s not what you do in life, it’s how you DO life.
Today, Tony has continued his quest and leadership-driven focus with the formation of Berenyi Consulting—blending his engineering expertise with personal and professional development.
